Pours a clear, straw color. 1/5 inch head of a white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of bacterial funk, fruit, floral notes, yeast, hint of hop, and citrus (orange?). Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is also a noticeable tartness. Tastes of bacterial funk, fruit, floral notes, hint of cream, yeast, hint of hop, and citrus (orange?). Overall, weak appearance, but good aroma, body, and blend.
