This pours pitch black, with a 2 finger, tan head. The nose is fairly rich with coffee smells. The taste of this beer is very strongly coffee flavored. Not too watery feeling. Not bad at all.

One of the most coffee forward beers I have ever had. It smells so much of fresh brewed coffee that I could swear I was in a coffee shop. Does not have much beer flavor though.

Nice dark brown/almost black color. nice light brown head with ok retention. Really good lacing. Smells absolutely delicious. Smells toasty and chocolaty and like roasted coffee a little bit. Taste isn't overwhelming. Taste is more subtle than a porter should probably be, is more smooth like a brown ale than a porter. Aftertaste has more of a flavor. Not very bitter or sweet. Tastes like it smells, roasted nuts or coffee and a little chocolaty. Kind of smokey. Mouthfeel is smooth and not oily. nicely carbonated, not over the top. Would be a good beer that is a little warmer.
