Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that burns off steadily. Thin sheets of lacing. Lightly hoppy aroma with a touch of tart fruit. Light-bodied and effervescent with a moderately hoppy flavor. Light malt and grain as well. The finish is short and hoppy and leaves a light fruitiness behind. Decent overall.

Appearance: The Farson's lager poured a deep golden tone with a thin white fizzy head. Aroma: Light cereal grains low hop profile some sweetness is there but very tame brew overall. Taste: Clean so clean in fact that is had a watery finish grainy flavor to it seems like it wasn't cold conditioned long enough definitely still a bit rough around the edges. Mouthfeel: Light bodied lager didn't impress me carbonation was comparable to seltzer water on this one. Drinkability: I could drink this brew on a hot day just lacks any qualities of a true lager very mediocre brew, dumbed down even for a lager.
