Pours a hazy amber orange, white film for a head.
Aroma is of orange zest, bready malts, and citrus hops.
Tastes of honey, bready malts, and a mix of piney and dry woody hops.
Full bodied with a stinging carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
Solid, drinkable DIPA with a nice appearance and aroma. Flavor is a bit overly woody, it takes away from the rest of the hop profile. For a DIPA, it could stand to have a bit of a richer malt presence as well. Worth trying but not fantastic.
