nice balance between warmer bourbon flavors and a very rich milk chocolate flavor. I was impressed by the expression of those chocolate / dessert notes and how well they compliment the barrel

Bomber > Tulip Glass
A - Pitch black with a finger of sudsy tan head, medium spotty lacing
S - Roasted malt, burnt wood, dark chocolate, fresh vanilla bean, light coffee, light earthiness
T - Chili peppers blend in nicely into this one, giving it a good balance against the sweetness of the chocolate and vanilla, mild coffee notes come through, silky smooth roasted malt, toasted caramel.
M - Silky and smooth, a little sticky and chewy as well.
O - Waited on this one for a while, and its pretty darn delicious, would love a barrel aged version.
