Ruby orange color. Small head which settles to rim bubbles. Random spots for lace.
Sour, Lambic smelling beer. No plum yet.
Sour flavor with light sweet overtones. The plum flavor is subtle and appears in the swallow and the shorter aftertaste. The body is thin with an elevated carbonation. Sour beer fans will enjoy this beer.
