Had this beer quite some time ago, heard many good reviews of it so I was keen to give it a try.
Looks and smells nice and you expect a very rich IPA - which, to a certain extent it is, but has a feature that - at least, to me - ruined in all: the excessive sweetness.
It is hoppy but it is very sweet and syrupy, to a level when it starts to bother you. I love barleywine or malt-heavy stuff but this one was somehow a bit out of place. Feels very well made, just expected something a bit more balanced and a bit drier. Nevertheless, it is still good enough to give it a try!

This is a fantasicly balanced IPA, caramel in color. I live in the U.S. , my parents brought this back to the states from Budapest. Not going to do a full review, but has a sweet, hoppy, caramel taste. Fantastic, balanced IPA from these guys. Cheers!

It's nice when you have the chance to try the unknown.
This is a dark ipa. Full caramel look.
The smell is driven by burnt butter, caramel, toasted bread, citrus hops.
The tastes follows. I usually don't like crystal malt forward IPA's, but this one really save itself. Nice aftertaste. Good amount of hops to balance it all.
Overall a good beer that leaves me wanting more.
