Cranberry Black (Extra) Sour collaboration with Gábor Reczer.
As spring approaches, we dreamed of a lighter acid. The result of this was this black sour ale cooked with a lot of peat cranberries that don't taste good at all and hit me in the stomach properly.

Wow, this sour looks almost purple or at least crimson because of the cranberries used in the brew. They also mention some black yoghurt but what I definitely feel is some (brett?) wild yeast that makes the whole thing alive, that distinct taste that I really love (of Prairie fame). The cranberry fruit taste gets a bit overwhelmingly wild after warming up but still it is good enough imho. I might be overrating this beer but it is quite enjoyable and easily meets the international standard of great universal craft beers (if there’s such a thing). Nevertheless, recommended for not just the sour lovers.
