Clear, amber body; dense and lively carbonation; white head, loosely spongy yet long lasting; sticky bits and strings of foam cling to the glass. Very nice malt aroma; light caramel and toasted grain; toffee; nice hop bitterness builds at the finish. Medium body; nice, gentle overall warmth; mildly sticky on the palate.
This is a fine, basic Oktoberfest beer, featuring a toasted malt profile upfront and nicely balanced with a firm hop bitterness at the finish.
ABV: 4.8%; pouring temperature: 44 °F; canning info: n/a

Short impression of one can is that it has a nice, slightly sweet malt with a bit of a metallic hop bite., The bite is minor so not to worry.
More impression when I try to buy a few more singles.

one of the first brewed to style beers i have had from these guys that i really cared for. this is a well made and very classic, albeit quite light take on the style. light orangey amber color, tally fluffy white head, its a pretty one, crystal clear and bubbly too. aroma has a nice german malty freshness, a little sweet and bready, but also sort of crackery like a pretzel or something, with a nice lager yeast aroma too. the flavor is rich and bready but awesomely dry in the finish, more earthy then with the yeast, and with a real light body that allows for maximum drinkability, a patient lager for sure, carefully refined. there is a neat mineral element to this too, giving it some structure where the grain is light, and it makes this pretty distinctive even in its mildness. good carbonation, clean in feel too. a nice way to usher in the fall season, not so heavy that it demands cold weather, but a nice autumn session beer for sure. good to see these guys hit the mark on a classic style, gives me more respect for them!

L: Clear copper gold color with a frothy white head and no lacing.
S: Toasted grain, a noble hop presence and notes of caramel.
T: Toasted caramel malt, with a floral hop presence. Malt isn't quite strong enough for a marzen.
F: Medium body and carbonation.
O: A pretty solid marzen.
