It’s a non-traditional beer for a hot day at the beach or pool. Interesting cross between beer and fruit drinks. I liked it.

16oz can, wine glass, canned 4/26/23.
I’m assuming this is the beer, my can says Shiso + Berry. The color is an original, a hazed dark fuchsia, with very little head.
The aroma is vegetal, red berry, slight sour note, and faint minty herbal note.
The flavors are really similar, none of them strong. It’s vaguely berry and herbal flavored with an underlying malt note.
Light body with light carbonation.
I’m not familiar with shiso, I had to look it up to see what kind of flavors it might contribute. It’s an interesting choice and it seems to add light herbal notes.

Very unusual color -- lavender? Small head with weak spots for lace. Milkshake like.
Super strong berry aroma. Mostly raspberry.
Berry tartness up front. Full bodied, lower carbonation. The flavor is fine as a novelty. The finish remains sour.

Had on tap. Pours hazy, pinkish-purple in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is raspberries, blueberries, and a touch of plum. Sweet, tart, medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Tastes very fruity, but yet a fruit combination I have not had as of yet. Different...a nice summery beer. I would get this again.
