First glance was terrible. No head and looked flat. The smell got my hopes up a little higher, very citrus-ry and subtle notes of hops. However it tasted plain like watery lake beer. It almost has no taste. My wife got a root beer and it had more to it than this beer did. I would recommend the place but not this beer.

This beer was cloudy yellow/brown with no head poured at the brewpub. Not quite to a NEIPA level of cloudiness and the overall effect was basically an unpleasant looking beer.
The smell was passable - fruity tropical aromas, not much else and not very intense.
The flavor followed the nose - mango-like tropical fruitiness, no bitterness, and nothing to balance the fruit flavors.
The feel was unacceptable. Watery and weak - there was just nothing to the body of this beer.
I actually feel I am being a little generous with this beer. It misses the marks for the style by miles and is not an enjoyable drinking experience. I think the basics are there (for which I am giving some leniency), but the process and the recipe certainly need significant improvement. Of four beers tried here, all had the same issues - watery, weak, lacking overall flavor.

Worst beer I have ever had! I hope it was bad or something. My friend had gotten it for me when he went to Maine. If it didn't go bad than it was the worst beer ever!
