A: Lots of apricots, followed by a sharp sourness and ample vinous notes.
A: Copper color, hazy, with a moderate white, mostly uniform head with adequate retention.
T: Apricots upfront, moderate esters, with plenty of white wine character, followed by a sharp lingering sourness through the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and moderate acidity.
O: OK; the beer has a great apricot aroma/flavor, but the sourness needs to be cleaner, with better balance from the white wine barrel and other components.
