Davison’s are all about the finish. Look - just like a saison, smell - yes saison, taste - hmmm definitely saison but like tasting a wine not yet in line with the year of tasting (definitely has taste but not full of character like a foret). The feel is tart but defined. Overall this has the right character but showed up to the party a bit early.
