A bright and tropical Westcoast IPA, Burning Daylight pairs the incredibly pineapple-saturated Galaxy hops from Australia with citrusy and bright hops from the Pacific Northwest of America. A moderately assertive hop bitterness cuts through its wheat heavy grain bill that provides a delicious graininess without providing a maltiness, sweetness, or excessive body, that leaves the hops to be the star of the show. Your first whiff of Burning Daylight will strike you with massive amounts of pineapple, papaya, and grapefruit, a unique mid-palate of peach, blueberry, and white wine grape, only to be followed up with a nice classic and refreshing tropical citrus finish. Clean and crisp with an atom bomb of tropical aroma, Burning Daylight IPA was the first IPA we ever brewed here at Fieldwork, and will forever be one of our favorites.

Galaxy hopped...
I didnt get much of that. What i got was more reminiscent of amarillo.
Pretty good body and mouthfeel. Pretty 1 dimensional on hop profile. No malt to speak of (a good thing). Although it was enjoyable, its just ok for fieldwork. They usually do better

Crowler from 1/29.... aroma and flavor is all onion. decent, but i'm spoiled after the Founders Harvest Ale. this is alright, and satisfactory. could use some better carbonation...
