Draft pour at Gourmet Haus Staudt.
This is an exceptional DIPA. Incredibly fruity, smooth, and easy to drink. Low bitterness and no booziness. Really impressed by this one...can't wait to make it up to the taproom.

Pours a warming caramel color.
Nice hop character with a muted citrus presence. Boldly bitter without being overpowering. Easy sipper.
