Originally brewed as a collaboration with our friends at Alpine Beer Company back in the mid 2010's, Relative Hoppiness is the expected result of merging two breweries known for their penchant for playing with hops. A blend of domestic and Belgian malts create a soft bread-like malt character that works like an inflatable bounce-house for the cacophony of hops; floating the energetic resins and aromas throughout the glass of this clean and crispy Westcoasty. When the doors open, vibrant scents of white wine grapes, pineapple, passion fruit, generic fruit punch, gummy worms, fresh apricots, cannabis, and starfruit relentlessly tickle your palate. Start to finish, Relative Hoppiness is dangerously crushable for such a large beer and exemplifies exactly what we want in a Westcoast DIPA.
