A very ambitious endeavor. Combine British, Belgian and brett. It really works. Dark stout hits you first, followed by brett and then it finishes off with the yeast sweetness of belgium. Not hard to figure out, but I bet it's hard to make. All is good with this one. Low Carbo lessens the acid quality. No coffee presences that good I think it would clash.

L: Pours a pitch black color with a small white head and no lacing.

A: Dark roasted malt, some coffee and smoke with raisins, some minerals notes and a light Brett fruit funk. Very complex. Also some floral weedy hops.

T: Roast malt, some coffee and dark fruit and raisin. A nice floral hop bitterness at the end.

F: Full body with medium carbonation.

O: A very unique stout that is done very well
