After a long time sitting on the bench OverRipe! made its merry return to our rotating lineup with some small changes resulting in a juice bomb that is still bursting at the seams with tropical white wine notes, but also has a complex finish of freshly juiced citrus and white peaches. Jam-packed with English character malts OverRipe!'s body is husky with lively notes of granola and freshly kneaded bread dough. The chewy body quickly becomes drenched in juicy flavors of passion fruit, Sauvignon Blanc wine grape, fresh juiced grapefruits, and other tropical fruit courtesy of Idaho7 and Blanc hops. As the cacophony of tropical fruits and white wine drifts across the palate it morphs into a unique flavor profile we can only begrudgingly describe as strawberry banana yogurt with fruit on the bottom. OverRipe! fits the mold of everything we love in an IPA with a wonderfully unique fruity profile that rushes the palate like a pouch of juice after soccer practice.

Very easy drinking IPA. Good flavor for not being too heavy.

I liked this one, but probably won't revisit. It was a bit too overly hoppy and too much tropical fruit flavors with not enough malt balance.
