Pulpy yellow, white foam.

Citra.

El Dorado stands out from Citra and Ekuanot. Peach is complimented by a slight candied citrus.

Medium body.

Wow! This is a hazy juice bomb. Doesn't drink like 9%. Big citrusy aroma, smooth and mild bittering, and it all comes together so nicely. This is good stuff. I'm hooked.

now this is how east coast style ipa is supposed to taste, a nice mix of hops here, almost assuredly including some mosaic and amarillo or equinox, but maybe others too, juicy and fresh as can be, just prime all the way, and so much better than most of what is out there in this hot style right now! pours a really pale and almost still looking sunny yellow color, with a good sturdy half inch of white head but no visible carbonation or anything. matte luster, plain. aroma is bursting and exploding with fresh hops, all in the dry hop of course, this contains minimal bitterness at the most, and there is so much fruit, fresh sliced yellow peach, nectarine, orange, mango, and pineapple all come up for me, even white grape, its gorgeous and a brilliant combination of high quality hops. its shocking its as strong as it is too, doesnt show a trace of this strength. there is something cool with the grains too, maybe some oats or raw wheat going on, starchy and sturdy, short of creamy but making it bigger. fluffy and interesting, a perfect base for these hops! fresh tropical juice to finish, citra notes too maybe specifically, lots of that type of thing going on here, and overall a really dialed beer, better carbonated than it looks, and scary drinkable. a new standard in the style for me!

Canned 6/1/17; drank 6/9/17 @ the Yarchives.

Opaque orange appearance.

A rough pour yielded a big white head; strong, frothy lace.

Grapefruit, pine, caramel & baking soda notes in the nose. Not promising...

Medium mouthfeel.

Grapefruit & caramel flavors up front; sharp pine bite on the finish. No booze heat.

Not my profile at all; pine & caramel overwhelmed the fruity notes. Permanent pass.
