From atop our brewery's roof, if the sun shines hard enough to burn away the bay's semi-permanent blanket of fog, we are gifted beautiful views of sailboats dancing across the San Francisco Bay. Daydreams of what it's like to be on one of those boats float through our heads as sweat from the brewday drips to the ground. While on the boats they are enjoying their tiki drinks, while we'll be alleviating the heat with some Caribbean Queen. Inspired by a blend of various tiki drinks, the result is a beer soured to the point of mouth puckering acidity and is then fermented with passion fruit, red sour cherries, oranges, limes, and El Dorado hops. The result is an over the top fruity Catamaran of a sour beer ripping through your palate and leaving only tart and juicy greatness in its wake.

A: Passion fruit, moderate sour cherries and citrus with a moderate sourness.

T: Passion fruit flavor upfront, followed by sour cherries and zesty citrus with a moderate sourness through the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Very solid; the beer has a great tropical character with great balance. Refreshing and super easy to drink.

Poured a pinkish rose color, small white head with lots of carbonation.
I could not stop smelling it, I couldn't pin point the exact smell it seems very chaotic.
If you were blind folded and told it was a tropical mimosa, you'd believe it. Very carbonated but with a thicker feel.
Overall, very sour, fruity and a pretty decent tropical sour IMO.

Quick mental notes:
Pours a rosed body with some white red-ish hues. Smells like citrus, tropical notes and a very light acidity nearing white wine. The taste nears one of a lemonade of grapefruit mixed with mango and passion fruit. Body is low. Very fresh and drinkable.

16oz can into tulip.
A: Pours a unique shade of pink/orange with a very active light pink head that quickly fizzed away into a thin collar. No lace.
S: Nose is bursting with passion fruit and guava, lime, and ambiguous citrus. I get hints of watermelon, vanilla, pizza dough, and melon. Light acidity.
T: Follows the nose with notes of passion fruit and citrus. I still get undertones of watermelon, but I also get hints of plum, cherry, and maybe even sweet white grape. Finish is juicy and sweet; aftertaste has a tart and bright blast of acidity. Malt backbone is doughy and light.
M: Medium body, bright and juicy mouthfeel, with a smooth balance of sweetness and tartness. Creamy and juicy with a drying finish.
O: Juicy overall with a tropical-forward flavor profile that is a pleasure to drink. Both sweet with candy/ripe-fruit notes and tart with fresh fruit-like acidity.
