t’s golden color. Foam is fine and medium amount. It smells apricot fruity, camomile and Jasmin floral, minty and lavender spiced. That’s a Belgian-style triple or strong ale’s floral and fruity smell. The beer is medium bodied, feels silky slick in mouth. It have the distinct Belgian strong ale’s ester fruity and phenol floral character. That fruitiness explodes right away in mouth, which is like Triple Karmeliet. That’s sweet peach, Fuji apple, honeydew, ripe and juicy pluot, jackfruit and overripe banana’s fruitiness. The radical ester fruitiness recalls the nose of using the cement to glue (Japanese) plastic models. There’s also strong phenol floral like lilac, lavandar and Jasmin blossom. Those ester and phenol explosion happens quickly, but also fades away quickly, it might because the intensity leaves a contrast of emptiness. But don’t get me wrong, that’s a nice feeling.

This is a strong golden ale, not a tripel.
