Enjoyed one day after canning. Wet hop season, the most wonderful time of the year!
This pours a glowing caramel tan. There's a surprisingly subdued but distinct mosaic aroma, catty and green. Opens up as it warms, with more of that spackly green goodness on the palate.

Piney and dank! This is one of the best IPAs I've had in a minute.

Three day old can into a tulip glass.
L: Pours bright copper with 1+ finger of low density white head with minimal retention and left sporadic spotted lacing.
S: Dank and earthy, floral undertones.
T: Follows the nose, plenty of cattiness. Finishes with moderate bitterness, clears palate fairly quickly.
F: Thinner bodied, moderate carbonation, slick on the tongue.
O: Good wet hop IPA, but think I prefer my Mosaic as a dry hop addition rather than wet.
