Poured from a crowler into a tulip
A: Reddish brown with a one-finger head
S: Mixed citrus, a bit of pine and herbs, quite aromatic
T: Matches the nose, the pine is almost on par with the citrus. Hoppy but with a balanced malt/caramel backbone
M: Medium to full-bodied, bitter
O: The Simcoe hops shine. Bitter, plenty of malt, big beer without tasting overwhelming, balanced and delicious overall
