This is a collaboration between Fieldwork and Phantom Carriage, and the motif is all Phantom Carriage (one of the cooler themed breweries ever).
This one comes in a little unique, Eureka and Blanc (Hallertau?) hops are pretty rare, if ever used together in a beer, much less the additional use of honey. There are also Citra hops, but those are ubiquitous at this point. Pours yellow, light cloudiness, 1/3" white head. The aroma wasn't too big on the Citra, the blanc offered a bit of the white grape, so you get a bit of a mimosa effect on this one.
Taste and mouth feel, this isn't as dry as something that uses honey to ferment out more sugar for a drier finish. It also isn't mega hoppy flavor wise. Its nice, but probably less nice than your average Fieldwork ipa. I haven't been huge on Phantom Carriage's hoppy stuff (but their berliner stuff is real nice) and this was kind of like seeming like more of their schtick there quality wise. No off flavors, just a bit different of a recipe, and that's cool and all.

Enjoyed Haunting mansions. Good mouthfeel, creamy but not too thick. Nice hop profile, hint of citrus, little bit of a bite, almost like a rye ipa. Honey addition was just there at the end.
