On tap at local fieldwork.
L: Pours murky yellow in color. Little head but does leave nice amounts of residual lacing.
S: Full on centennial. Dank and resinous with nice sappy pine. In the background, I get citrus and mild yeast presence.
T: The centennial shines through. Traditional NEIPA citrus flavor but with that piney sap flavor that makes centennial a beast. Great and unique application of the hop.
F: Medium in body and weight. Moderate carbonation.
O: A very unique but enjoyable offering. I would drink again. I am grateful to have tried. Cheers!
