All the Pulp - Fieldwork
TIPA - 11% abv
Unknown canning date (early June as per Instagram)

L - 1/2 finger head atop a turbid orange-brown body.

S - herb, orange, pine, melon.

T - unusual. At first it’s orange, but the citrus is then washed over with a pungent herbal wave. Not dank really. More of a healthy vegetable smoothie taste. Potato, cabbage, kale. Very smooth middle. Low bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. Moderate booziness.

F - medium-full oily body with average carb.

O - hides its abv well, but the vegetal aspect is offputting.

Another thanks to Jay for this. Only fitting a beer from Jay would be my 1,000th review. Cheers!

All The Pulp has a beautiful translucence to its light orange goden body. Unfortunately, there is not much of a blanket covering it to enhance its image. After the initial off white foam quickly descends, nothing but a thin ring resides around the perimeter.

If the aroma is any indication, it will be redeemed for this minor detail. A burst of orange and watermelon Jolly Ranchers as though mixed together erupt. That sugary sweetness, along with some mango and pine do it's best to cover up that 11% abv, but the alcohol still manages to cut through, just a bit.

The first sip, though compliant with it's aroma, still delivers more of a passion fruit sweetness. Orange marmalade and pineapple follows behind before a quick an indistinguishable savory snap, and finally a restrained dash of wet pine and it's inevitable alcohol stamp.

All The Pulp has a lighter weight than expected, and that is a wonderful plus element. The alcohol warmth is strong making this a true sipper, buts its tingly and citric acid like carbonation and sweetness, along with the elevated bitter finish make it relatively thirst quenching as well. There is the slightest amount of residual stickiness, but this thing drinks very well for 11%.

Another enjoyable beer from the fine folks at Fieldwork. TIPA's seldomly are pulled off well, all around. This one absolutely is. Now excuse me while I finish this over the next hour. Cheers.
