Draught pour at the Fieldwork Sac taproom. Sickly yellow in color. Despite the name far more tropical than I expected, papaya, pineapple and guava, with floral and subtle grassy undertones. Taste followed tropical nose profile well. Adds some citrus elements once warmed up a bit. Finishes with mild bitterness and astringency,and just a hint of acidity, acidity lingers slightly. Medium bodied with medium carbonation, full and creamy on the tongue and slight tingle from carbonation.
Nice beer, liked enough to grab a crowler for Tahoe hiking on Sunday. Looking forward to future batches.
