Brewed in honor of the annual Berkeley Humane Society "Pints for Paws" event and celebrating our love of the dogs of Stars Hollow, Paul Danka is a unique and complex yet crushable Double IPA that melds drinkability with juiciness and citrus with dank. Not very sweet, but packing a cloud-like body, the El Dorado hops stain this Double IPA with flavors of grapefruit candy wedges and white peaches. With a balance of dank and fruity, Eureka hops compliment the citrus making this beer extra aromatic and extra flavorful.

Draught pour at Davis Beer Shoppe into a mug. Dank murky DIPA, adds some citrus dimension on the taste, finishes with some bitterness. Good full mouthfeel with some tingling from acidity. Will definitely repeat.
