Our Parfait series is usually reserved for converting a classic fruit and cream pairing into an electrified glass of sour dessert deliciousness; but in the case of PB&J Parfait, we'll be honest, we have no idea what we were thinking. There's no such thing as a PB&J parfait, and even if there was, that sounds disgusting. But for some bizarre and divine intervention; it works, and we can't explain it. The same base as all of the other Parfait series beers meets up with blackberries, strawberries, vanilla, milk sugar, and roasted peanut flour to create one hell of a throwback to the playground; smashing peanut butter and jelly on Wonder bread and drinking whole milk out of a carton you had to get help opening.

For what it is, it is pretty ridiculous. Tasted like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in liquid form. Roasty peanut-forward with jelly fruit sweetness on the finish. A novelty brew forsure, and I was very glad to have tried.
