Had on tap, served in tulip glass.
L: Light straw yellow in color. Unfiltered appearance but not opaque like other variants in the parfait series. Pleasant amounts of lacing on glass with minimal head formation.
S: Aromas of fresh, natural oranges, follows by vanilla with a milky sweetness from the lactose. Very pleasant smelling but isn't at that dreamsicle status.
T: Upfront with orange which rides the whole flavor train. Lactose follows closely after, giving a creamsicle flavor vibe. Vanilla isn't apparent until the aftertaste.
F: Medium in body and weight. Moderate carbonation for the style. Smooth and almost creamy, but not quite at that status.
O: Gotta admit, I am a huge fan of the Parfait series by Fieldwork. This one is a worthy edition. Encompasses all the flavors, being orange, vanilla, and plethora of milk sugar. I really am enjoying it, and am very glad to have tried. Cheers!
