On tap at Fieldwork Sacramento
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Mix of citrus and tropical fruit, resinous pine, doughy biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous, bright citrus, grapefruit and lemon, spicy pine, tropical fruit, passion fruit and a touch of guava and melon, faint dank herbal notes, doughy biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Not quite what I was expecting from an all Simcoe beer, but it's solid.

Will review based on crowler I'm getting filled now. Nose is nice, but a bit mute, faint tropical fruit and earthiness. Taste is FAR more dynamic, and big for a hazy APA. Plenty of guava with some dankness. Mouthfeel is surprisingly full and fluffy for a hazy APA. Definitely digging this and need more, thus the crowler.
