Many moons ago we had a Pale Ale called canopy; it was one of our favorite beers we made back in the days of our inception. While we haven't brewed it in ages we do still have a hankerin' for that Mosaic and Belma combo we loved so dearly. Hence the berth of Stringer Belma, a highly hopped IPA with a hefty dose of French Aromatic Malt and two towers worth of Mosaic and Belma hops. The combo creates a very unique hop profile that emits loads of fresh berries, honeydew melon, grapefruit, and freshly picked under-ripe strawberries with wonderfully red flesh but a bitey white center. Not a hop we commonly use, but we certainly love it enough for the sporadic debut on our draft list when we have some.
