We don't mince words when it comes to favorite childhood movie hop inspired pun named beers and Big Trouble In Little Citra is no different. With a semi-truck sized Citra dry-hopping this slightly sweet and creamy IPA shakes the pillars of heaven with notes of juiced navel oranges, marmalade, freshly peeled mandarins, and yellow gummy bears. Because we couldn't leave well enough alone and with crackerjack timing we added in a more reserved second dry-hopping of Enigma hops from Australia which we love for its notes of kiwi, sauv blanc, and passionfruit, but mostly because this hop can straight up smell like pruno made out of orange juice and grade A kush. You might wonder how we can cram such an aromatic punch into an IPA; it all starts with getting some of the best hops on this pretty amazing planet; besides that, it's all in the reflexes.
