Collaboration with Canyon Club Brewery
Collaborating with our friends at Canyon Club Brewery we created Strata Tat Tat, a Double IPA that's moderately malty and infinitely hoppy with notes of papaya, passionfruit, guava, and raspberries.

Crowler canned 3/28/19, consumed 4/2/19
Pours hazy & cloudy bright orange with a creamy finger-sized off-white head, low rentention but tons of thick lacing.
Aroma is a very bright tropical fruit mix - mainly pick out guava & papaya but there's more in there, a tad light when cold but amplifies nicely as it warms.
Taste is not as bright and fruity as the aroma with a good bit of discernible maltiness.
Feel is smooth & creamy but a bit lightweight on the body, low bitterness & very low carbonation with no hop burn.
Overall, decent hazy DIPA from Fieldwork, not as great as some of their other offerings but still better than most shelf hazies. DEFINITELY let it WARM UP. It's much better that way; aroma & flavor seemed way too light when cold.
