16oz can. Bottom date stamp is '10/16/24'.
Slightly cloudy, imperial red (in the scarlet range) colored body. Pinkish head fizzes away after a couple of minutes in the glass, but keeps a large island storm going. Leaves behind some strings of lacing.
Aroma is natural raspberry and lactose.
Taste has a very natural raspberry flavor, with it being more tart than sweet but having both qualities. Gets more tart at the end. Lactose underlayment. Short lasting aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel for a kettle sour. Soft and comforting texture. Drying finish. Very good carbonation.
Active surface storm throughout is very attractive, and the mouthfeel is above average. Raspberry flavor is natural but this is still a one note kettle sour.
