It wasn't long ago that us brewers would dream of getting to sign contracts for hops that in today's climate are already considered passé; and in less time than it took Walter White to break bad, we're flying from Washington to Tasmania to select some of the raddest hops we never thought possible in Galaxy and Mosaic. As the old guard falls this new wave of hops crashes on the shore and leaves behind its flag stuck in the sandy beach with empty pints scattered and still wreaking of their tropical notes of pineapple, papaya, passionfruit, blueberry, white wine, honeydew melon, and the slightest hint of the devil's lettuce. With the subtlety of a keytar in the string section of the Sydney Opera House New Dreams is all about the hops; a nice but simple malt profile stays out of the way of these juggernauts of the hop world and leaves a full mouthfeel with very little sweetness so you get all the juice without the syrup.

Not much strength at all in the aroma.
Pretty basic for Fieldwork, overall I would consider this a new age fruity IPA with a slightly hazy appearance, NOT an NEIPA.

Sweet tropical dank hoppy nose on this one! Almost classic hazy IPA aromatics. Taste follows with a citrus-sweet hoppy finish that has a subdued almost hidden dankness. This is a well-balanced, easy drinking hazy with nice depth.
