Simcoe and Motueka hops take this Double IPA where we want to go with a huge citrusy blast we haven't experienced since we were kids drinking 5 ALIVE straight from the carton. This pillowy bodied DIPA with a delicately malted backbone drips notes of passionfruit, lime zest, lemon candies, tangerines, and smaller hints of that classic Simcoe grapefruit. This is a flavor that just works; whether that's in this juicy Double IPA, a bitter westcoast, or splashing against ice in a cocktail shaker on a beach in Jamaica.
