Had this one back in November 2019. Was not aware of Italian Pilsners before this one.
Pours a golden yellow color we're all familiar with (unless you're one of those slushie fanboys and that got you into 'beer'). Decent clarity, 1/2" white head. The aroma was interesting, all pilsner malt and a good amount of German noble hops, even dry hopping with them is non traditional but a neat little peek into mashing up things. I think it works, especially because it all pops with the yeastiness.
The taste is nice, there is an earthy almost dustiness to it, with a healthy 40 ibu range bitterness. Has a breadier, heavier feel than most pilsners. This wouldn't be my go to in July on a 100+ degree day in the desert, but I think it will do great in the warmer parts of spring and fall. Basically the claims of crispness are kinda meh, but the bite claim is there, but its not all out of whack for style or anything.
Drank and took a pic out of Seven Troughs of this one. I really liked the beer, but Fieldwork's high end pricing structure compared to similar breweries in the area prolly means this was a 4 pack and done.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
