We brewed this beer with our good friends, the venerable The Bistro to celebrate their 25th Anniversary. Galaxy Island is a responsibly bittered Westcoast IPA with huge notes of apricot jam, pineapple juice, and guava.

This is a very interesting beer. It’s fruity, yet hoppy. Really odd.

Sweet, tropical hoppy, slightly dank nose on this one! Nice aromatics...taste follows with a subdued, piney bitterness on the finish. It decent has decent depth and feel for a single.
