On tap at Fieldwork Monterey
A: Pours vibrant magenta with a frothy pale pink head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Light floral notes followed by fruit punch, cool mix of citrus and tropical fruit, a soft hit of coconut, a little pleasant lactic tartness, and and crackery malt.
T: Pleasant lactic tartness followed by a wave of fruit punch, pineapple, tangerine, cranberry, lime, and passion fruit, with a gentle touch of coconut, light floral notes, and a little crackery malt base.
M: Medium body, mildly prickly moderate carbonation.
O: Excellent toes in the sand tiki beverage. Hits the spot on a rare sunny summer day in Monterey.
