Ha cool name. Pours yellow, substantially hazy, 1/2" white head. I think its exclusively the hallertau blanc hops. Amazing how this can turn the beer into the feeling of a beer wine hybrid. All the white wine grape must notes you can shake a dick at. So evocative of a white wine, even the feel of a barrel in the nose. Pretty cool. The standard Mosaic Citra combo is nice, but this is unique and nice.
Man the taste got even better, same as the nose, but with a greater layer of a fine grain underneath. The mouth feel finishes super dry which is a big bonus after the appearance seemed all juicy flaked oat and wheat. This is crisp, refreshing, low bitterness stuff. Its pretty cool, it doesn't fit into any of the ipa molds really. Took the best of all the different ipa subgenre worlds and put them all into this. So much white grape, lemongrass like notes throughout. Seems like this one is rarely in the rotation, but I can see me going back for more, especially if they can it up.

Sweet white wine grape hoppy nose on this one! Taste follows with a wine grape and slightly dank subdued bitterness on the swallow...nice depth and feel. Good!
