Pours a crystal clear. Classic Mosaic aroma, honeydew melon on the nose and palate, followed by some fruit gummy finish.
I had this on tap at the brewery.

Another pretty beer in my last flight at Fieldwork (Feb 8, 2020). This was the 2nd beer of a 6 beer flight. Called a golden ale and the appearance fits the bill, golden, relatively clear, 1/3" white head. Was shocked this had Mosaic hops in it, its gotta be the lightest Mosaic hop bill ever. Truthfully, could not smell it, was just a mild, almost vague nose of grain and hop. Which you know, is still better than a beer that doesn't smell good.
Taste was better, thought the Mosaic came out a bit more, was a refreshing experience, mildly dry body, I thought it was actually a tad breadier than I would have preferred, if you wanna make a true summer beer, go all in (on not going all in I guess). The commercial tug job is about basically making a beer so that they have a fresh lively yeast source as opposed to their giant hopped ipas that beat up the yeast. My date vastly preferred this, I think this tends to be also a good beer for someone who just wants a beer, not a massively hopped or complex drinking experience. It fills that niche.
