Double IPA that serves as a thank you to three of the best hops we were lucky enough to run sensory on at this past hop harvest. All three were sticky and pungent with an incomprehensibly wide spectrum of fruit-forward flavors that we couldn't wait to brew with. While this Double IPA pours like a melted cardboard tube of juice concentrate the aromas is far more complex and hits a cornucopia of fruit starting with huge notes of fresh strawberries on the front and followed by guava, white peach, kumquat, and apricot jam. A very faint bitterness ekes out the perfect balance with its thick body to make it a Double IPA for the whole day.
