It's fairly uncommon for us to use more than two different hop cultivars in an IPA; we select hops every September for very specific profiles and tend to be big fans of the bold and unobstructed character you get from overloading with just one or two hops. However, sometimes during selection there are some hops that jump out with a clear pathway to playing well together. Each year we get more and more impressed with the quality of Citra, Strata, and El Dorado hitting the selection tables. With Sound Parade we do a perfect 1/3 blend each to avoid any one hop getting muddled and buried beneath the mammoth aromas of this trio. When combined on top of a bed of golden oats, the resulting beer is saturated with notes of super sweet cara cara oranges, perfectly ripe papaya, bright pineapple, pureed strawberries, Tampico tropical punch, and ruby red grapefruit juice.

This is good. Pithy grapefruit, citrus and a nice herbal bitterness along with the mild caramel and more squeezed grapefruit. Soft body, good carbonation, moderately juicy with a herbal bite on the backend. A well constructed NE IPA with balanced juice.

Pours a creamy, hazy looking orange color. 2 finger very fluffy white head. Head retention is good. Some lacing on the glass.
The nose has a decent amount of hops in it. There's a tropical citrus aroma. Some pineapple, mango, and grapefruit is what my nose smells.
Taste - It's a lot of grapefruit, and that's up front. It's rounded out by the pineapple and mango.
Very creamy, and soft feeling. The body is thick.
A solid IPA.

Pumpkin rust haze that settles under a nicely sculpted eggshell white collar. Copious amounts of lacing adorn the glass in the form of cave pattern drawings and broken guitar strings. A bouquet of tropical aromas fill the nose. Mango for days. Slightly dank. A bit earthy, and floral. Taste follows with orange peel. Marginally overcarbonated, a bit thin, and a touch acidic. Overall, a very good beer, but lacking a Hailee Steinfeld wow factor.

Can into a tulip glass.
Dirty orange bronze with a finger of white medium density head with limited retention and left limited spotted lacing.
Super tropical nose, mangos and papayas galore. Floral undertones show as it warms.
Taste follows the nose, though not quite as potent, adds in some earthy/pine elements. Finishes with mild bitterness and moderate acidity.
Medium bodied with medium-high carbonation, full on the tongue though with some tingling, slick on swallow.
A nice hazy, just wanted more pop from the taste with less acidity.
