Can into an imperial tulip pint.
Very earthy and dank, undertones of wet gym sock. Taste follows the nose. Moderate bitterness, lingers a bit.
There's defintely a funk in this that I'm not super stoked about. My guess is the Enigma, I'll revisit in a week and see if its dissipated. Label might be my favorite part though, Yosemite at dawn never disappoints.
Update: after a week the funkiness dissipated quite a bit, and the flavors round better into each other. Maybe I'll give Enigma hops another try. Upped the flavor rating from 3.75 to 4.
