Thanks, Brian! IPA with Citra, Enigma and Dr. Rudi hops.
This looks ugly, a plain hazy yellow with a dense, white head that falls off slowly leaving nice lacing. The nose, though,is excellent. Bright, fruity, juicy, fragrant with peach, mango, passionfruit, orange juice, melon, this is just a riot. The mango notes are particularly fragrant and mouthwatering, a blend of alphonso and rumani mangoes. Super juicy yet with no pulp. Excellent! The palate opens mildly bitter, plenty fruity but also with a ton of hop burn, despite the nose having no real grassy notes. A veritable riot of peach, mango, orange, melon, a little passionfruit, there's a ton of fruit here. Medium light in body, moderately carbonated, this beer finishes with hop burn and plenty of fruit. I'm really conflicted by this beer -the flavors are exceptional, but the hop burn really hinders drinkability.
