Like having a French maid in France dust you clean, this one is legit. Fieldwork at Point Lobos is like riding Poseidon to Hawaii. Hop on and feel supreme, Raul does!

A bit of hop burn/astringency. Like trying to swallow ground pine needles. Otherwise average-solid hazy ipa.
Reminds me of fresh trillium or monkish, though maybe not at their higher level.

Can into a imperial nonic pint.
L: White yellow murk juice, 1+ finger of white medium density head with good retention and left thick ringed lacing.
S: White grapes dominate, dank and berries hiding in the background. Gets some diesel aspects once warm.
T: Follows the nose well, adds in some grapefruit citrus. Finishes with mild bitterness and acidity, but plenty of astringency which lingers and hyper drys the palate.
F: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, full on the tongue and swallow.
O: Its a good hazy, without knowing the hop bill I'd have guessed Nelson. The astringency though is heavy and a bit offputting. I'd gladly repeat, but not necessarily seek out.
