Sweet tropical hoppy, bready/biscuity, and mosaic dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a tropical dank, hoppy, and slightly dry finish. This is tasty...and a nice display of the mosaic hop profile. It's just not as soft/murky on the palate as I was expecting. It's still good stuff, tho!
