Super dry with a soft mouthfeel and light cracker notes that are followed by deep complex flavors of lemon zest, candied raspberries, kumquat juice, and crispy mango spears.

Draught serving at Sac tasting room (served a bit too cold). Solid brew, but a bit tame as nothing popped. Nose got a bit more dynamic as it warmed, maybe it's an age issue...will repeat next time its brewed.
