Can dated 09/02/2021 into an imperial nonic pint.
Wow, really can't believe this is nearly 10% ABV, drinks WAY lighter. So many Mosaic dimensions, dank, berries, earthy, pine, that all are pleasantly balanced with not any particular one dominating. Guessing its the use of cryo and incognito that lets them keep the malt bill so light and let the hops shine on a beer this big. Brings plentiful but not overpowering bitterness. A beer that's very clean all around across the nose, taste, and finish. Not something I'd drink often, but this is very well done and I'd gladly repeat.

Sweet tropical hoppy, hint of blueberry, and prominent mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a wonderfully balanced, tropical hoppy and piney-dank bitter finish. The bitter bite lingers just enough on the back of the throat...not too light, not overbearing. This is just so clean and crushable...and pushing the boundaries of a DIPA at 9.6% ABV. Big ABV, but no overt booziness. This is great!
